Ancient Tibetan Yoga
Keksel Trul Khor literally translates as Magical Body Movements and is a form of Ancient Tibetan Yoga. An essential support practice for meditation and health, this system has been passed in an unbroken oral transmission through centuries of Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu lineages.
The core of the practice engages the body, mind and spirit of the practitioner in a series of breath, sound and movement exercises, each relating to a specific element. The five elements of fire, wind, space, water and earth are the foundation of Central Asian cosmology, medicine and healing; the core theory being that everything that exists in the universe is made of the five elements and therefore is responsible for the formation of each tissue cell.
By practicing Trul khor, one will be able to identify and alleviate physical discomfort and pain and emotional and mental disturbances. These easy to perform yet powerful healing exercises can be used as a support to other meditation practices or practiced alone to clear obstacles caused by disease and strong negative emotions and balance and harmonize one’s energy field.

Lama Samdup, was born in Amdo Ngawa region, Tibet. He became monk when he was a very little child in Nangzhig Monastery and studied there about Bön rituals and philosophy from his uncle Geshe Lungtok Gyatso. He learned many different Tibetan handwritings, Tibetan poetry and five translational sciences from Bongya Rinpoche, who was a very famous Lama and master of Dzogchen. Since 2001 he went to Meri Monastery in India and studied for about 11 years about Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen (Keksel, Trulkhor) while he taught Bön theories as teacher to lower class there. At the end of 2011 he stayed in Dharamsala for learning English and for practicing Indian yoga from Yoga master Gen Lobsang Zondhan and now He lives in the Netherlands gives teachings in the West.
